Twin Power: A Photoshoot

Hello everyone! It's Morgan with a photoshoot of the twins; Cameron and Kaitlyn. They took this photoshoot a month ago, and I was finally able to get the photos, do a few edits (such as lighting and color) and post it. Enjoy!

The original twin sisters of the blog (click here to see the first time I ever posted about these beauties)

Black and white. I love the look of a classic black and white photo.

Brighter lighting. I love how their outfits nearly match. Pink bottoms with teal/blue tunics

Black and white with a different top. They really are best friends like the shirt says

Brightened the lighting slightly, as the original was very dark. Don't they stand out against the beautiful green and brown in the background?

The original (no edits). I love how the light hits their faces from this angle.

I loved getting to post an amazing photoshoot of my best friends. They make our lives so much better.

Which photo was your favorite?

The Finale of the Arkansas Trip

Hello everyone! It's Sierra. I'm sorry that this is up later than we meant it to be. I wanted to the last post with Emily, but it isn't going to work out. I want to do a recap/extra photos soon, so Emily will MOST DEFINITELY be in that post. Anyway, so if you haven't seen our other posts, click here and here.

So, Emily and I didn't take any photos of our adventures on Wednesday, or Thursday. Wednesday we were gone all day with friends, and I didn't take any photos. Thursday was a typical Thanksgiving with the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (Dear Evan Hansen's song was the BEST),  The National Dog Show, which our dogs loved 😉 (anyone else watch this?) Turkey with all the fixings, and spending time with family. Emily and I had such a great Thanksgiving together, and I was so happy to spend some quality time with her and my family and her family.

Friday we decided to go out for breakfast. Emily and I got up early and were ready before everyone else, so we decided to take another photo shoot for fun.

Best friends, best cousins

I am wearing a pink shirt with gold words that say "Best Friends" on top of a diamond, black and white striped leggings, new pink combat boots and a gold bow headband (you can see it better in the next picture. Emily is styling a pink shirt with grey cats all over, a dark jean skirt, zebra patterned leggings and new blue shoes that have stars on them (even though you can't see them in the picture)

Oh yeah, Emily is also wearing a peach colored bow on her ponytail. It's really hard to see because of the camera. You can see my headband here though. We put on our jackets cause it was kinda chilly.

Me from an angle. I love this picture and may use it on the "Friends and Family" tab.

The always amazing Emily. She looks like a sassy diva here, but that's just for the camera. My cousin is the kindest person ever.

I am so thankful for my cousin. Lots of love.

Together we reach for the stars. Emily is so creative and fashionable, and I enjoy finding art through photography.

I hope you enjoyed our little photo shoot on our last day in Arkansas. We had an amazing trip seeing our friends, spending time together and just getting out for a week. We've enjoyed getting to share our experience with you, and hope you enjoyed getting to be part of our trip.

Hopefully we'll get to post some extra photos and comments about our trip soon. I have thought about also showing some cute stuff I got while on the trip. What would you guys like to see? Comment below what you want me and Emily to post about to recap our trip.

What was your favorite part of Thanksgiving, and what do you want to see in our next (recap) post?

Stylin' for the Camera

Hello everyone! Sierra and Emily here. If you haven't seen our last post, click here to read about why we're posting. This morning we decided to go take photos outside of our cute outfits. Enjoy!

These trees are perfect. Emily is styling a purple cat sweater and a gold bow, while Sierra is wearing a Eiffel tower shirt, pink leather jacket and a camera.

Now you can see the rest of our outfits. Emily finishes her look with a jean skirt, lavender tights and tan fringe boots. Sierra has patterned leggings, black boots and sunglasses.

The two Arkansas besties!

Sierra, Brownie, Snickerdoodle, and Emily. Our puppies are the sweetest things and we love them to pieces.

Emily in a tree. Sierra is behind the camera for a little while. Isn't her outfit amazing?

A closer shot of Emily. Her sweater is the cat's meow.

Different tree, same sweet girl.

Sierra climbed up high so we could get this shot. She looks like she's flying!

Stark contrast photo. Doesn't Sierra pop from the background?

Best friends and cousins forever

Emily with some pretty pink flowers.

Emily with a plant. She looks fabulous against all the green and red.

Emily says the best part of our trip so far has been going to the old boutique yesterday. She really enjoyed getting to look through the clothes and help out like she used to.

Sierra against a brick wall. She really enjoys getting a stark contrast to pop out from.

By some greenery. Sierra says her favorite part has been seeing some of her best friends while she's been out.

Little girl on the prairie. Just kidding. We found a field and Sierra had to take an artistic photo.

We hope you enjoyed our photoshoot. We are going to post more of our adventures while we're here, so keep coming back to see what we're up to.

What's your favorite thing to do while on vacation?

We're Going Home!

Hello everyone! It's Sierra and Emily, not Morgan or Melodie. We are officially in our hometown in Arkansas for Thanksgiving!!! We are so excited to be back and getting to see old friends and visit our favorite places. We are going to be collaborating on posts, so Sierra will write in blue and Emily will write in pink.

(Note from Morgan: Sorry we haven't posted in so long. Enjoy hearing from our Arkansas besties!)

Ok, I gotta admit, I did not see this coming. My parents completely surprised me by saying we were going back to Arkansas for a week. I may have screamed for a solid minute ;)

I was super crazy excited when my parents told me! I hugged and kissed my puppy a gazillion times.

I had wanted to go back over the summer, but it never worked out. We were busy and then school started up and we couldn't go. I was disappointed, but I understood. So, you can imagine how excited I was to hear we were going!!!

I already have a list of things to do while we're here. Visit friends, take a ton of pictures (obviously), and have fun! What about you, Emily?

I can't wait to visit my old boutique, share my new styles and see my old friends!

As you can see, we're super excited to be home. We'll post during the week and show you what we're up to!

What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Creative Arts Camp: Day 2

Welcome back everyone! It's Morgan with Day 2 of camp. If you haven't seen Day 1 yet, click here to read about our exciting day. After an amazing day Tuesday, I was super excited to go back yesterday. So, without further ado, here is Day 2!

Mom wanted to take some photos of us before we went to camp. Briana, Elizabeth and Anna came over to get a ride and breakfast. We took a few photos.

Here is the camp counselors, ready to take on today.

Everyone is our adorable outfits. Elizabeth and Ariana are wearing the same shirts. From Left to Right: Ella, Melodie, Ariana, Me (Morgan), Anna, Briana and Elizabeth.

The two most adorable girls in the world: Ariana and Anna.

The hug only gets bigger when Ella and Elizabeth join in.

Briana, Elizabeth and Anna.

Ella, Melodie, Me and Ariana

After our paparazzi got enough photos, we headed out the door. We had left everything set up from Tuesday, so we only had to print some things and figure out what music to play for our dance party.

Sierra and I. Sierra had her hair in two buns in the back, and it looked amazing.

You didn't think the counselors don't have a good time, did you?

Counselor Dance Party! Melodie chose to take the pictures for us.

After a good dance party, our campers started to arrive and we had to be serious.

Emily working the Sign-In Desk. She looks absolutely fabulous in her outfit.

Ella, Elizabeth, Ariana and Anna arrived and wanted to dance, so Sierra and Briana offered to dance with them.

Sierra and Ella. You can see Elizabeth in the background, and Anna is there, too. It's just hard to see her.

Ariana looks like a Munchkin from the Wizard of Oz in her green and white chevron top and rainbow leggings. Briana was sporting a cute purple leopard print top and jeans.

There's Anna. I think Elizabeth was helping her do a handstand.

Someone decided to do a congo line, so Sierra, Ariana and Ella made one line and Briana, Elizabeth and Anna formed another line. Congo line #1

Congo Line #2. You can also see me in the corner with Emily, checking people in.

When I didn't think Ella could do anything else amazing after yesterday's dance moves, she did. Here she is working on her press hanstand. Go Ella!

I think Anna was trying to do a handstand. She looks adorable in h er pink flowered pants. Elizabeth is in the back doing a split.

Attempt #2. Ariana is cheering her big sister on.

Elizabeth is cheering on her little sister.

Ariel, Summer and Audrey arrived and joined in the fun. It was then I noticed that Ariel and Ella almost matched.

One number difference.

With the letter "E" on the front. Aren't the two of them so cute?

Sierra got so many pictures of dance rehearsal, so we had to share. The girls all spread out and we warmed up a little (since they were warm from dancing) and then began reviewing choregraphy from the day before.

Summer and Ariana

Ella, Anna and Ariel.

Audrey and Elizabeth

After reviewing the choreography, Emily taught them some new choreography. I don't think I mentioned this before, but we are using the song "Tale as Old as Time" from Beauty and the Beast to dance to. We chose the Broadway version because we already had it, and we haven't actually seen the new live-action Beauty and the Beast.

Elizabeth and Audrey learning the choreography. Doesn't Audrey look cute with her purple shirt, black pants with hearts and pink bow?

Ella, Anna and Ariel. I'm really impressed how quickly Anna picked up the choreography.

All the girls dancing. This is the part Emily choreographed. She did such a great job of teaching it.

Close ups of each group.

"As the sun will rise"

They all look like a sun. It's hard to see it because we had to take two shots, but onstage it's going to look amazing.

We had lunch, but everyone was so busy eating no one remembered to take a photo. After lunch we had our craft. The craft was intricate coloring pages for the girls to color in. We had four different ones we found on the Web. The girls had a lot of fun.

The seven little artists and their work. They were so proud of themselves.

At the end of the day we decided to take a photo of all the girls to use on the blog. Can you figure out the trend here?

If you guessed that all the girls are wearing hair-bows, you are correct. No, this is not pure coincidence. The girls actually planned to all wear bows and surprise us. They also tried to coordinate their outfits. They're so sweet.

Today was the last day of camp, and the counselors had some big surprises for the girls, so stay tuned for more.

What is your favorite thing about summer?
